The challenge was to provide high-density housing on a very small plot of land – 500 units within a site area of about 40000m2. With skillful planning, the masterplan achieves a strong sense of spaciousness and openness, despite the site constraints.

The architectural design capitalises on the site’s unique location next to the reservoir, enabling views out to the greenery and water, creating a unique identity and sense of place for this housing development.
