MKPL won an invited competition for this 700-unit condominium development by Wheelock Properties, known for their design driven development.  The design proposal comprises a mix of one to five bedrooms.  Six distinctive towers strategically placed to offer the best views, defines a large communal park space that has a myriad of facilities and amenities weaved into it.  A sky deck connects 2 pairs of towers, offering panoramic views for residents using the communal facilities right at the top of the development.
